It is imperative that all health facilities and out patient surgical units be licensed and regulated.  Planned Parenthood is included.  The health of our women must be of utmost importance.  I support regulating these clinics the same as you would do for ANY healthcare and outpatient facilities.  You must make sure they are safe places to be.
