I strongly oppose TRAP regulations being forced on women's health centers because they are unnecessary and will harm women by making it even more difficult to access reproductive health care and safe, legal first-trimester abortion care in Virginia.  Forcing women's health care centers to meet the same standards as certain types of hospitals has nothing to do with medicine or patient safety. If enacted, these unnecessary requirements could force the majority of Virginia's women's health centers to shut their doors and could leave thousands of women without access to essential reproductive health care.  Virginia does not want or need these senseless regulations.
