I am writing to express my strong opposition to the architectural regulations included in the trap regulations. These regulations, which are only targeting women's clinics will force many clinics to close due to creating a cost barrier.
Lack of access, through clinics closing, endangers women's health and safety and will create a situation where women seek abortions from unlicensed providers. If you truly care about the well being and safety of women, then please grandfather existing clinics from the architectural requirements.
