I am vehemently opposed to these proposed regulations, which in my opinion, are designed solely to prevent a woman's constitutional right to control her own body by instituting physical changes to abortion providers that will be costly and useless, and may well force these providers to close their doors. Why are the women of Virginia being treated as second-class citizens incapable of making their own choices? Because religious extremists are intent on forcing their brand of god on all women regardless of what their own beliefs might be. Is is clearly and end-run around Roe v Wade and has no other purpose than to subvert the law. I'm ashamed to call myself a Virginian as we continue our march back to the middle ages.
