I am writing to you today to ask you not to impose medically inappropriate and unnecesarily burdensome regulations that would restrict access to essential health care services for the women of Virginia.     These regulations would further marginalize young  low-income uninsured and minority women, severely decreasing their healthcare options.

It is my hope that the regulaions will be amended to be based purely on medicine and science, and not deny women access to essential health care.
