These regulations threaten the continued availability of reproductive health care for Virginia women.  Health care regulations should be based on medical best practice, not politics.  Instead, TRAP is medically unnecessary and reduces access to safe, affordable care.  It's aim is to eliminate legal abortion, but really, it will only take us back to the age of dangerous "back alley" abortions performed by unlicensed individuals, putting women's lives at risk.
