When I worked for the U.S. House of Representatives we had a saying "If it isn't broken don't fix.". The current regulations of health facilities performing abortions were safe and effective according to public records.   Therefore there was no reason to create TRAP regulations. In other words, TRAP will actually breake what wasn't broken!!!  Shame on you if  allow this regulation to go into effect as it will result in  the denial of womens' Constitutional right to safe and effective reproductive choices.
