If Cuccinelli's is so concerned about women's health why do these new regulations not apply to surgical procedures done in doctor's office.Many  plastic surgeons & oral surgeon's whom use general anesthestic (rarely do abortions require a general anesthestic ) in their offices are not held to these same standards.As a operating room nurse I have witnessed general anesthesia in a doctor's office,some don't even have defibulators and they are left unregulated.
These regulations are a blatant attempt to whittle away at a woman's right to have an abortion.Shame on you Cuccinelli !!
