Recent violations of the rules in-place (to quote one Abortion clinic operator, 'Oh! That's gross!') of the very basic of sanitation and hygiene at centers across Virginia only serves to underscore the obvious: these centers need stringient and strict enforcement of health codes, same as ANY healthcare provider, and they need much stricter enforcement and penalties.  Even when they knew they were being inspected, the condition of clinics in recent inspections was not only disgusting but down right dangerous.
