It is clear to me from ample medical testimony that there is absolutely no medical necessity for these regulations.  Rather, they are a thinly veiled attempt to make it much more difficult for women in the Commonwealth of Virginia to make their own choices concerning the reproductive health of their bodies and possible decisions regarding the necessity of abortion.  There is no role for government interference in these decisions and this intrusive attempt to regulate and legislate women’s decisions is entirely inappropriate.
