If you want to limit access to abortion providers, do it in a public forum via legislation, not via political maneuvering that seeks to subvert the democratic process by imposing unnecessary and unjustifiable burdens on providers. This is America, and a republic, don't corrupt our process for religious ends.

More importanty, however, ensure that lower income Virginians continue to have access to preventative reproductive care, as well as safer, legal, first trimester abortions. Only impose standards if they are focused on ensuring that patients receive safe, affordable health care and make concrete steps towards that goal.
