This is just plain dumb to require penmanship when you sign your name to an absentee ballot. I was taught to make my signature unique so that it would make it difficult for someone to forge it. Now the Election Board is saying the I have to go back to third grade and make sure my signature is neat and tidy. I urge you to not make this a requirement especially since research has shown that fraud at elections is almost non-existent!
