I am an honorably discharged veteran.  I served in the U.S. Navy from 1978 through 1985 and at the time was a resident of New York State.   For all of that time I was not living in New York State, I was either stationed overseas (Guam), deployed on a ship (USS OKINAWA LPH-3) and finally stationed in California.   I voted by absentee ballot each and every time and there were no issues back then. 

This effort is an obvious attempt to disenfranchise eligible voters in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including Virginians serving in our Armed Forces.  Totally UNSAT!

Shame on you all who dreamed up this nonsense!  It doesn't take a rocket scientist ro figure out this is a crass political manuver for the political gain for the Republican party.
