This looks like another effort to make it hard for students away at college to vote. When was the last time you saw a college student with neat handwriting? And as another commenter pointed out, if the signature is good enough for banks and credit cards, it should be good enough for voting. Everyone's signature is unique. This ridiculous new rule should not be allowed.
