We are long time Virginia residents and voters who have on occasion used the absentee ballot process.   It works very well, requires no tinkering or improvement such as new standards for legibility, and should not be modified in any way which will make it easier to throw out ballots.   Any change which could  in any way discourage voting in the Commonwealth of Virginia should be rejected.
