When I was in the military and then later, a military wife, I was only able to vote by absentee ballot.  This was VERY important to me. We often wondered if our ballots got there in time and it our vote had counted.  States MUST make it easier for voters to vote by absentee ballot, not more difficult. I am ashamed that the state that I now call home would even be considering measures to discount the votes of those who cannot make it to the polls on election day.
