I am disappointed to see Governor McDonnell try to hinder the rights of registered voters.  Is it necessary to have perfect penmanship to graduate from high school, graduate from college, sign a check, or pay our taxes?  NO!  So why should it be necessary when voting?  It shouldn't!  Please use some common sense and let all registered voters be heard, no matter how poorly they write.
