Whle on the surface this sounds like a passible idea, it raises too many questions.  Who decides if the signature is unacceptable.  What are the standards for an acceptable signature?  WHat about the person who's signature is an "X" because he or she can't write.  It is just too much of a reach to include "penmanship" and "style" as prerequisites for voting.  A person's vote is his to give and I think we have take great caution before we throw one out on the basis of "penmanship" and "writing style."  Please toss this bill in the trash can . . . even if it has been proposed by His Excellency, the Govenor (who, in this case, is not so excellent.).
