I think you should stop honoring doctor's signatures on precscriptions because they are illegible and not process loans or mortgages because the signatures are not readable. I think you should give it a rest and stop trying to manipulate the elections and allow those people eligible to file an absentee ballet to vote without making it more difficult and biased.
