I am glad to see that we are trying to wake up and stop some of the discrimination that exsists in this great state.  There is so much to offer here and this may help to open some doors that were locked before.

I am not sure exactly how all of this is going to work, but if it means that some people that do not have insurance will be able to, then I think that it sounds like a great idea.  The cost for them is going to still be expensive however.  Also, if it is done as said it is not suppose to cost the taxpayers, we will have to wait and see.
