When state funded college and university presidents say they can't get "Qualified" professors, how do they qualify "Qualified" ? What our lame duck Governor is proposing is in clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia since there is a Marriage Amendment that was passed by the voters of our state in 2006. Also any expansion of benefits to cover additional people would have to be paid for by someone ( i.e. the taxpayer ). For those who don't have a clue, there is no free ride.
