This is just the kind of action by a lame duck that gives ALL politicians a bad name.  Gov Kane doesnt have to stand before the voters again, and he knows he'd never get this passed if the citizens of the Commonwealth could hold him accountable for this proposal.   The people have spoken:   marraige in VA is between a man and a woman, period.   That is our law.   

This is an effort to circumvent the will the public, even if it can somehow be justified technically.    Newsflash to the Governor:   individuals all have the same rights, but all relationships do not.   Stop trying to push an agenda on the way out the door that those you still work for and pay your salary (that would be us) dont support, and I think you know dont support.
