I absolutely agree with the respondant that wrote:

And for the folks that have budget concerns:  If this legislation is really going to break the bank, then Virginia could certainly save a huge amount of money but eliminating healthcare for anyone that is not employed directly by the state (no spouse, child, etc. covered unless that spouse, child, etc is a state employee, also).  I'll bet that sounds really unfair.  Hmmmmmmm....
