Description This chapter contains provisions for the following waivered services: home and community based(hcbc)services for the elderly/disabled; hcbc for technology assisted individuals; hcbc for persons with AIDS/ARC; hcbc for persons with mental retardation. This chapter also contains the requirements for MEDALLION II, assisted living services for persons receiving Auxiliary Grants, and consumer directed personal care services.
