Description The regulations protect the health of migrant workers and their families by supplementing the occupational safety and health regulations adopted by the Safety and Health Codes Board, pursuant to Chatper 3 (Section 40.1-22 et seq.) of Title 40.1 of the Code of Virginia, to the extent necessary to ensure safe and healthy living conditions.
