| Action Summary |
This action will add provisions to allow the terms and conditions of the various elements of the NSR program to be combined into a single permit; revise the provisions which specify the NSR programs to be used for the issuance of a PAL permits in order to limit the issuance of these permits via a state operating permit; and update and restructure the provisions which provide certain exemptions related to the use of alternative fuels or raw materials to comply with recent amendments to ยง10.1-1322.4 of the Code of Virginia and to ensure no conflict with federal law or regulation.
