Changing Title 3.1 references to Title 3.2 as a result of the recodification of Title 3.1

| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
This regulatory action will make the following changes:
Section 140 - Delete the statement “(Section 3.1-952 Weights and Measures Law [repealed]).”
Section 170 - Delete § 3.1-949 and replace it with § 3.2-5631
Section 180 – Delete §§ 3.1-926, 3.1-928 and 3.1-934 and replace it with §§ 3.2-5607, 3.2-5609, and 3.2-5613, respectively
