Action Summary The purpose of the proposed regulation is to provide VOSH personnel with procedures on how to exercise the Commissioner’s statutory authority to take and preserve testimony, examine witnesses and administer oaths, in instances where witnesses/employees/supervisors refuse requests for interviews or refuse to answer specific questions posed by a VOSH inspector.
