The Board will propose amendments to revise and clarify definitions, fees, qualifications and the issuance of a license or registration, standards of conduct and practice, and continuing professional education requirements. The Board may propose new provisions governing the practice of CPAs in Virginia who have not been issued a Virginia CPA license, requirements for non-CPA owners in CPA firms, and enforcement actions against regulants. |
